In order to practice or participate in ANY IHSAA sanctioned sport at Warren Central, you MUST have a complete physical and it must be on file in the Athletic Department. If any requested information is missing, the physical is NOT complete. Physical exams are the responsibility of the athlete and his/her parents or guardians.
